Terms of Service for BuzzzUp

BuzzzUp ("the App") is a messaging service operated by Celebriffy Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the App at buzzzup.com and on Google Play.

By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

1. Who may use BuzzzUp

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BuzzzUp is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we will close it.
• You may hold one account for yourself. Do not impersonate another person, and do not create an account on somebody else's behalf without their permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account.

2. What BuzzzUp does

BuzzzUp lets you exchange text, photos, videos, files and voice messages with people who have accepted you as a friend; make voice and video calls, alone or in a group of up to four; post short "Buzzz" updates that disappear; and keep a small public profile with a few photos or videos.

The service is provided free of charge. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid features at this time. If that ever changes, these Terms will be updated first and you will be told before any charge exists.

3. Content you are not allowed to post or send

You agree not to create, upload, send or share content that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers anyone, and in particular any content involving minors — this results in immediate and permanent removal and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks or intimidates another person.
• Promotes hatred or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.
• Promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or the sale of weapons or illegal drugs.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to steal from or scam another person.
• Infringes somebody else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Shares another person's private information without their consent.
• Is malware, or attempts to break into, overload, or interfere with the App or anyone's account.

You also agree not to use automated means to create accounts, send messages in bulk, or scrape the service.

4. Your content

The photos, videos, recordings and words you post remain yours. To operate the App we need permission to store them on our servers and show them to the people you send them to — nothing more. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display your content solely for the purpose of running the service for you and the people you send it to. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep briefly in backups.

We do not use your content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to anyone you did not send it to.

5. Moderation, reporting and blocking

• Report: every profile, message and post can be reported from inside the App.
• Block: you can block anyone. Blocking is mutual in effect — neither of you can reach the other afterwards.
• Our response: we review reports and may remove content, suspend an account, or close it permanently. Serious cases — especially anything involving minors — are actioned immediately and without notice.
• You can see and manage the people you have blocked in Settings.

6. Calls

Voice and video calls are carried directly between the participants where the network allows it. When a direct connection is impossible, the media passes through our relay server so the call can still connect. We do not record calls and we do not store their contents.

7. Availability

We work to keep BuzzzUp running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. The App is provided "as is". We are not a replacement for emergency services: do not rely on BuzzzUp to contact emergency help.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebriffy Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, or by writing to soporte@buzzzup.com. See how deletion works for exactly what happens and when.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

10. Changes

If we change these Terms we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the App before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
